| Audit Committee |
The audit committee shall review the books and accounts annually by September 30th and present an audit report to the next General Membership meeting. |
| Budget Committee: |
The budget committee shall assist the Treasurer. The budget committee shall have five (5) members. The chair shall be the Treasurer, and the committee shall include the immediate past treasurer. The other three (3) members will be voting ESHBC members, preferably with a financial background. |
| Bylaws and Rules Committee: |
The bylaws and rules committee shall receive and review proposed amendments, shall propose amendments and prepare all amendments, with committee recommendations for presentation to the membership for approval. |
| Calendar Committee: |
The calendar committee shall oversee the selling of ads and the production of the annual ESHBC calendar and sell calendars during events. |
| Community Outreach Committee: |
The community outreach committee shall work with the Everett Silvertips and other community programs for charitable activities. |
| Elections Committee: |
The elections committee shall oversee the elections process, making sure that all processes of the ESHBC By-Laws are followed. |
| Events Committee: |
The events committee shall organize, promote and operate ESHBC events, to include but not be limited to, the welcome and holiday parties. |
| Fund Raising Committee: |
The fund raising committee shall determine and implement fundraising activities of ESHBC. |
| Membership Committee: |

The membership committee shall develop an annual plan to build membership and keep a current roster and mailing list. |
| Road Trip Committee: |
The road trip committee will oversee the scheduling of transportation, game tickets, and hotel (if needed) to away games. |
| Scrapbook Committee: |
The scrapbook committee oversees the creation of scrapbooks for the player during the season. |
| Secret Pals Committee: |
The secret pals committee oversees provisions of gifts packets given anonymously to the players during the season. |
NEW COMMITTEES ADDED |
| ESHBC Table Committee: |
The ESHBC table committee shall be responsible for all table duties including but not limited to, running till, keeping track of all moneys and organizing with other committees that will be represented at the table. Road trips, membership, fundraising, etc. |
| Chuck-A-Puck Committee: |
This will only be a committee with the Silvertips management agreeing to let us have this table. We will need at least twelve to fourteen (12 to 14) volunteers. |
